  • HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK ARE TOURS AVAILABLE?

    Tours are available 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

  • ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?

    Yes, we accept walk-ins. However, due to the limited number of seats for each tour, we cannot guarantee that space will be available, so we strongly recommend you book on our website.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER?

    We are pretty good at monitoring bad weather, so we can notify you in advance, but we will not go out in heavy wind, rain, or lightning storms. In the event of bad weather, we will either delay our departure briefly or try to reschedule you to a different day. If we are not able to reschedule, all funds paid will be refunded.

  • HOW LARGE OF A GROUP CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ON YOUR TOURS?

    We currently have 4 boats, plus our guide boat. We can currently accommodate 8 persons on any single tour.

    Our Boston whaler accommodates 8 persons per trip.

  • ARE THE BOATS AND THE TOURS SAFE?

    Our boats are designed not only for fun, but with safety and simplicity of operation in mind. The boats have high-density, roto-molded, foam-filled pontoons, making them virtually unsinkable. The boats turn and handle in such a way as to minimize the chances of flipping over. All boats are supplied with all of the US Coast Guard-mandated safety equipment. In addition, our guides carry other safety equipment such as VHF radios and first aid kits. As a final safety precaution, our tour guides are all certified in basic first aid and CPR. Lastly, all participants, regardless of swimming capabilities, must wear a life vest at all times.

  • CAN YOU CREATE YOUR OWN TOUR OR HAVE SPECIAL REQUEST TOURS?

    Yes, you can create your own tour by contacting us. Examples of our specialty tours are:

    • Sunset Tours

    • Beach Lunch Tours

    • 7-Mile Beach Tour

    • Half-Day Beach & Waterway Tours

    • Restaurant Tours

    • Marriage Proposal (Private)

  • DO I NEED A LICENSE TO OPERATE THE BOAT?

    All boat operators must be a minimum of 18 years old (14 years old if accompanied by a parent on the same boat). The day of the tour, boat operators must present a valid issued ID clearly showing their date of birth.

  • WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards. No cash. All tours must be paid full at time of the reservation.

  • WHAT IF WE HAVE AN UNEVEN NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN OUR GROUP?

    Our tours are by boat which can hold two persons. If you have an odd number we recommend you find an additional person to bring along with you on the tour.

  • HOW OLD DO YOU NEED TO BE TO RIDE AS A PASSENGER?

    Children that are 4 years and older may ride on the boat with an adult.

  • DO YOU OFFER ROUND TRIP TRANSFERS?

    We offer transfers at $15 per person on round trips.

  • Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made 48 Hours before the scheduled tour for a refund. No-Shows will not get refunded.

  • Is alcohol allowed on tours?

    Alcoholic beverages are not permitted & the guides have the right to deny access to the tour if they suspect any of the participants are intoxicated.

  • Tour Rules

    • No swimming or jumping off boats

    • All participants, regardless of swimming capabilities, must wear a life vest at all times.
